Seedling StatusA Colorado Blue Spruce seedling freshly planted this spring (2009) for Tina-Davis. This seedling is about 12 inches tall with good color and in good health it is already budding out with 1/2 inch growth for this year. A protective biodegradeable mesh cloth has been placed around it to control weed growth and help it retain moisture for optimal growth throughout the year.
