Dear Ms. Clark,
It would be an honor and my wildest dream come true to be a part of decorating the White House. I live in Elizabeth City, North Carolina and teach 5th graders, United States history. What an amazing experience it would be for me to share a real-world, real-life experience with them such as this. We've planned a field trip to Washington this May, however; because of the economy, we haven't been successful with fundraising. Please consider me as one of your volunteers.

Decorating the White House

Dear Ms. Clark,
I am also requesting the priviledge and honor of volunteering (in any capacity) to help decorate the White House. My family and I are avid volunteers in our community here in Virginia Beach. I have even decorated some Christmas Trees for some local celebrities. Thank you for your consideration. Karen Kearse Kearse59@msn.com

Volunteering to Decorate the White House

Dear Ms. Clarke,

I am also requesting information on how to volunteer for the White House Christmas Decorating Team. A few years ago I saw a program about the White House at Christmas, hosted by Laura Bush. Ms. Bush commented on the significant volunteer contribution throughout the holiday season. I remember thinking, what an honor it would be to decorate the White House, especially at Christmas. I have years of experience volunteering in my community, and I enjoy all aspects of decorating. Thanks a million for your consideration.

Volunteering for Christmas Decoration at the White House

Dear Ms. Clarke,

A friend recently told me that he helped decorate the White House for Christmas this past year. I have always watched programming on the White House's Christmas decor, but I had no idea that citizens were invited to help. I would love the opportunity to offer my assistance in decorating. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to join the White House holiday decorating event!

volunteer for decoration the white house

Good Morning Ms. Clarke, I am also inquiring how one becomes a volunteer to help decorate the white house. I have been making my own handmade christmas ornaments for years and decorate my own home with 7 christmas trees. If someone could please send me the information as to how I apply, I would be grateful. Thank you, Sincerely, Mary M. Bromberger

BECOMING A VOLUNTEER FOR CHRISTMAS DECORATING

Hi Ms. Clarke!
I am inquiring as to how one becomes a volunteer for decorating the Whitehouse? Do we submit an application and where do we do that? I do a lot of volunteer work in decorating around my community and for the less fortunate.
It is my dream to be one of these decorators!

Thank you in advance!

"[Nancy] starts brainstorming about possibilities for decorations very early. We usually start in March, to first start talking about what we want to do for the next Christmas. And once again she's done a really fabulous job. She's also a delight to work with, and so much fun to get to decorate this beautiful house for the holidays," remarked Mrs. Bush.

White House Christmas decoratin 2009

Dear Ms. Clarke,
For several years I have watched in wonder the TV special about decorating the White House or Christmas.
I have to admit this would be the best Christmas gift I could get...volunteering to help with this wonderful project!!
I've had many years voluteering at other local organizations from "Meals on Wheels" to "Make a Wish" to mention just a couple.
I am artistic and would be honored to be picked to join the group of volunteers. I'd of course be willing to have a back ground check ( have had one locally for city volunteer work with children and for the Make a Wish foundation).
I just had to ask if there is any way this wish of mine could be fullfilled??
Would appreciate any consideration.
Thank You,
