Our investigative team brought a psychic dog, Denali, to help sense the unseen. As we were walking down Dark Hollow Falls trail, Denali began to whimper at a dark presence just ahead. At this moment, some of the team members decided to turn back.

Wrong name

It's called Dark Hollow Falls, not Dark Hallow Falls. I guess hallow makes it sound scarier...

The Washington Monument is the world's tallest masonry structure, standing 555 feet, 5 inches (169.29 metres) in height and made of marble, granite, and sandstone.

The San Jacinto Monument

The San Jacinto Monument sits atop a base making the total structure taller than the Washington Monument but the monument itself is a little shorter. Also, depending on the source, the Juche Tower in Pyongyang, North Korea is sometimes listed as taller than both.

Parasailing v. Paragliding

You are correct Sandy: parasailing is done with a parachute attached to a boat via a rope; paragliding is done with, well, a paraglider which can be powered or unpowered but is essentially a massive, wing-shaped, ram-air (so as to provide rigidity in the wing)"parachute" but with a much better "glide ratio" than a standard parachute. I think the world record for an unpowered paraglider is around 120 miles (start to finish) from jumping off a mountain utilizing updrafts and thermals.
