Theodore 'Ted' Lerner, Owner of the Washington Nationals is introduced. "It has long been my dream to bring the national pastime back to my hometown, the nation's capital. Now that it has been realized, I plan on doing everything I can do to make sure this franchise becomes an international jewel for Major League Baseball, the nation, D.C. and its wonderful fans".
