Hail to the Redskins! About 50,000 stomped FedexField on Saturday to watch the Redskins scrimmage the Baltimore Ravens. There was no official scoring during the scrimmage , but it was fun to watch the Redskins second team offense scoring with ease. The key play was when Marcus Washington intercepted a pass from Steve McNair and ran the pigskin for a touchdown. The 2006 Redskins seem positioned for big things. Everyone in Washington thinks this could be finally our Super Bowl year. Hail Victory!
2006 Washington Redskins preseason. The tradition of wearing white jerseys at home was started by Joe Gibbs when he took over as coach in 1981.
