Seagull floating on the breeze

The sea is not really all that close (relatively speaking) to DC as it's 3 hour drive, but the Chesapeake Bay is (40 minute drive). The gull seems to be enjoying the water in the Tidal Basin while viewing the Yoshino cherry blossom trees and if he's like 99.9999 percent of his seagull brethren he's also looking for food.
