Have you noticed? Or maybe haven't been to DC recently, but you can't miss them. PANDAMANIA is here! One can find panda statues, brightly colored, on street corners and even inside buildings all around the District. With 150 total, the DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities has sponsored this huge project, asking for students around the metropolitan area to help out with the artwork. At the end of the display, the bears will be auctions to benefit the Commission and its cause. So if you're in town to do some sightseeing, or even a daily commuter, take a minute as you pass to appreciate the local talent of area elementary school students.
