"Tea House" cooking demonstration

"Celebrity foods: Kim Yoo Soon and Tien Nguyen" was posted outside the tent on a white-board. Attendants were able to see exactly how Asian-Fusion dishes were being prepared by looking into the mirror which reflected the cooking and preparation surfaces below the chefs.
