It was a "Gray Day" at the historic Carnegie Library building at Mt. Vernon Square and Vincent C. Gray is a man with a plan. For 30 years, Vince Gray has tirelessly advocated for the residents of the District. As a community activist, leader of various non-profit organizations, and District government official, Vince has been a champion for the District’s children and their families. And he’s done it by breaking down barriers, challenging old stereotypes, and bringing peoples together every step of the way.
