The Smithsonian Institution's National Air and Space Museum has built a new facility for the display and preservation of its collection of historic aviation and space artifacts. In honor of its major donor, it has been named the "Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center." Located at Washington Dulles International Airport, the Udvar-Hazy Center provides much needed space for the objects that tell the history of aviation and space flight.
