DCpages was lucky enough to receive a private invitation to a workout with Washington Capitals strength coach Jim Fox, and players Michael Nylander and Dainius Zubrus. While the rest of the team was on the road for a game, Nylander and Zubrus were rehabilitating from injuries. We would like to thank both Jim and the players for allowing DCpages this exclusive look inside the Capitals organization.
