Fan Appreciation Tailgate
Redskin fans from across the country celebrated the 2008 Class of Enshrinees: Fred Dean, Darrell Green, Art Monk, Emmitt Thomas, Andre Tippett, and Gary Zimmerman. This large-scale private party took place on the Hall of Fame grounds before the Enshrinement Ceremony. There was an endless supply of beer, soft drinks, and lip-smacking barbeque. Fans danced and celebrated with a live DJ.
The Pre-Enshrinement Celebration was the highlight of the festival for many Redskins fans. "Hail to the Redskins" was bellowed non-stop.
