We also ate at fish tales and were very disappointed. The service was so slow...we waited a 1/2 hour to be waited on, then another hour for our food. It was almost as though they figured the longer you waited, the more you would spend on drinks. The food was also bad too. We weren't impressed at all and will never go back.

My family and I had a terrible experience at Fish Tales on our 2008 Summer vacation. I ordered a reuben sandwich which was 9.99, and my wife ordered a shrimp salad wrap. When our food arrived, we were completely shocked. My wife's wrap was the size of an egg roll, and my reuben looked like something you would get out of a vending machine. And they both tasted terrible. When we complained about our meals, we were given nothing but grief, and the management still wanted us to pay for the meals that we did not even eat. Eventually they took the items off our bill, but we still were charged for our son's meal. I realize that they are an extremely popular restaurant, and they dont need our business, but I wonder how they manage to stay so popular by serving terrible food and treating people in the manner we were treated. We are regular vacationers to ocean city, and needless to say, we will NOT be back to Fish Tales.
