SNJ's made by North American Aviation flying in formation: Camp Springs, Maryland

2009 Joint Service Open House Air Show at Andrew's Air Force Base, Maryland. The SNJ-2 version, which is the only model with the enlarged 180 gallon fuel tank, allows the aircraft to operate for over four hours. In addition, the aircraft is eight inches shorter than the other variants, has a bigger round rudder and a fixed tail wheel.
