Product : Compact Round Mirror

Not a very pleasent experience . Was shopping for my friends Bday and liked this small mirror . Placed the order online .
First of all the whole website experience was bad . Their website does not have the option of entering promotional codes or gift cards . So I called up customer service , the lady took my order over the phone ( took about 25 mins , yeah that long ) . She took the order successfully . Asked if I would get an email telling me what the order # and how I can track it . Orders placed over phone cannot be tracked online . Anyways , I happily took what I got ( I liked the product , so I was holding on to all this ) . But then after 2 days when I wrote them an email asking them whats the status of my order ( noticed that they had charged my Credit card ) , came to know that the order would take about 12-14 days . In a few more emails , came to know that the order I had initially placed , is BACKORDERED and that they would not be able to deliver it . On the phone I was given a time line of 2-3 days to prepare the order and 4-5 days to reach destination . Now they were not even sure of how long it might take . The lady offered me the same product but different color ( gold ) and said she would offer me for the same price ( as if she was doing me a favor ) . The product was not even on their website , just available at the their warehouse . Asked them for a picture. The options offered were definately not as good as the original .

Overall , Would not buy or deal with this store again . STAY AWAY , they do have some good items , but you are not even sure , if you are going to get them finally .
