ComedySportz a forum for a group of actors (usually unable to acquire bona-fide theatrical jobs, and subsequently have to seek work with the government or another disreputable albeit stable source of employment by day) consisting of two teams that meet on aminiaturized facsimile of an athletic playing field in order to compete against one another in improvisedskits and games with pertinent information supplied by a non-partial and often clueless audience.
Good Intentions not Necessarily Humorous

I write this review to reiterate the type of club and comedy that is presented there. Additionally, to call your attention that the law of averages may not be in your favor with a "hit or miss" night.
Let's say I would not return in hopes of raising my review to lessen the disappointment to make the percentage go to 50% worthwhile. Being in town for only a short spell I was hoping I didn't have to gamble on the law of averages in seeing a good show. I was wrong.
Reading the local reviews and hoping this would be a "good Friday night," for the club, (my friends and I had to concede to the fact that the Improv was sold out), we opted to visit this establishment.
The actors were very pleasant and they really worked to make it enjoyable. I watched the first show and the crowd (maybe 12) had some young folks who later came apart of the show? I know the 9 yr old enjoyed it. The hour long show went by very quickly and the actors were very pleasant and again, really tried to make it fun. Did I say that already? Anyway, half price tickets to stick around for the 1000 pm show was offered, but I didn't feel the need to pay additionally for another hour of "hit or miss."
Your odds may be better than mine and in all fairness maybe the "Blue Show" (late show) would be more to my liking. Recommend prior to your visit you may want to grab a six-pack and check the local movie schedule.
