World Class Service

I would like put this review on behalf of my boss who used DC Livery on his recent trip to Washington DC. He was impressed with the Driver and your company's service. And also appreciated that DC Livery accomodated his last minutes changes without fuss. He would highly recommend DC Livery for transportation service.

Disgusted

I have tried DC Livery twice. The first time I ordered an executive sedan for a DC to Dulles trip. The driver never stopped talking and would not turn off the country music despite the fact that it was only 5:30 a.m. and my wife and I were very tired. On the second trip, thinking that we just got unlucky with the driver, we ordered a stretch Limo for another DC-Dulles trip (we travel often and usually rent a limo or executive sedan). This was the worst trip ever. The driver was twenty minutes late, the limo had not been cleaned and reeked of old alcohol and vomit, there were no "bottled waters" or any other refreshments (as advertised), and the driver was absolutely rude. When confronted about the condition of the Limo he said that it was not his fault or problem and that the previous driver should have cleaned it. I told him that it was his responsibility to arrive in a clean, sanitary, and appropriately stocked vehicle.
After our trip, I called DC Livery to complain about their service and ask for, at the least, a refund of the difference between the Limo and a standard cab fare (a more than reasonable request). The man on the phone told me he would refund me $60. That was over two months ago. I have yet to see a dime.
I have tried other DC services and I have never seen anything as bad as DC Livery. Their approach to customer service resembles something you might encounter if you were haggling over the price of a fake Rolex in Karachi.

The driver was not very courteous & not clean limo.

I do not ordered a old sedan. I ordered a new Lincoln Town Car. The Driver is looks like taxi cab driver. Not professional services. Rate charged to high.
