I drove from DC to VA to receive my scheduled service and nobody was even at the place I was directed to go! When I was finally able to reach the receptionist I was told to go home because my session had been canceled!! I am a busy professional who does not have time for such inconveniences. I was not apologized to, I was not offered another service at a discounted rate. Nobody has called me, emailed me, or followed up with me in any fashion whatsoever! I should receive an apology and a discount. I am going to take my money elsewhere. I would have been a valuable repeat customer. This type of poor customer service is appalling!!
