Terrible Customer Service
Reviewed by: ames, Tue Jan 01 2008
Poor customer service!!! I just wanted you to know the customer service I got recently. We got advanced tix with free open bar. We got there and got to the second floor of the bar. The bartenders were all women, who decided to only serve the men. After 1.5 hours of waiting, the open bar was closed and she was told by security to start charging. She shouted "YES" and "finally." We did not get any free drinks during this time. When we were finally served, we paid 8 dollars/drink which was fine. we charged 4 rounds to our credit card. The problem came when I asked to close out and told my friend that I was tipping her 1 cent. She then told me that I was not allowed to "talk to her that way." She refused to give my my credit card and my license back and took my receipt and showed it to the other bartender and laughed; apparently not knowing that 1 cent meant poor service. I then requested to talk to the manager about the poor customer service. He agreed that it is up to the customer whether to leave 1 dollar, 10 dollars, or nothing at all. Whether you are a man, woman , White, Black, Indian , Hispanic or Asian, you deserve to get equal customer service. I suggest you spend your money elsewhere.
