Had a really, really bad experience getting waxed there. Got burned, literally, in a very sensitive place and was peeling for a week. Definitely do NOT recommend.

I was not greeted in the salon until the receptionist got off the phone, not even a nod. The chairs that I sat in were uncomfortable. The aesthetician did not show up until 20 minutes after my appointment and the receptionist and massage therapist argued in front of me. The aesthetician used GLOVES to do my facial! Very messy and uncomfortable. Finally, I was cheated out of 15 minutes for my reflexology massage. I received half off the massage after I reminded them that I only received a 15 minute massage. I will not be going back.
