I haven't been to BE as long as Anne/Are You Serious? but I can tell you that in my experience over the last three months I've had nothing but first-rate service. And results? Seriously good!

Body Elements would like to respond Tara’s complaint. Body Elements honors gift certificates and in no way has ever engaged in false advertising. The company gave a radio station 50 gift certificates valued at $100 each and were sold for half price. All listeners are allowed to purchase up to two non-refundable gift certificates and use one per visit. Tara’s situation was an abuse of an opportunity we provided for people to try our service. Tara asked her family and friends to purchase additional gift certificates for her personal use and she tried to redeem them at one of our locations. We explained to her that, like any customer, she could use two of the gift certificates. She became angry because she bought 7 of them for $350 and could only use two. Body Elements first suggested that she give them as gifts or sell them to her friends but she became even more upset. We then called the radio station and explained the situation and they eventually agreed to reimburse Tara her money. The radio station claimed this situation has never happened before. Body Elements is a nurturing company that strives to provide our customers the best service possible and would never act in an unethical manner.

Wow! I've been going to Body L for years and have never had one unpleasant experience. As a matter of fact, the owners and staff literally go to any extent to make their clients comfortable. Are you sure it was body elements?
