after sending a bad batch of flowers they quickly refunded my money right away and sent a new fresh set of flowers with no added costs even when I told them it was not necessary.

they delivered dying flowers to my gf and to make matters worse in order to get a refund they have to go back and bother my gf to retrieve the dying flowers. this is just unacceptable that they can even sell flowers in such condition. don't buy flowers from here

I have used this florist a few times and love that they include fees/delivery in the upfront cost of the flowers. Also, they don't charge extra for same-day delivery. I will only use them from now on for my flowers in the DC area
