I've been parking at the garage at 1667 K St NW and have been treated horribly due to the fact that I don't tip when the attendants bring my car out. The only reason why this garage is "valet" is because there is no way to get your car out. I'm not an occasional parker - I park there everyday for work. I have parked in several garages in the city and for the first time, the bumpers of my car are very scratched up, they mess with my XM radio receiver, they have me wait longer than most patrons, and recently, I got my car from the attendant with a huge black footprint on the drivers seat, a footprint on the window jam, and black fingerprints on the headliner. Never again.

Just unimaginable. Central Parking hires minimally qualified employees. I've experienced unauthorized drafts from checking account that were not reimbursed. Incorrect late charges that took 6 months to resolve. Attendants who leave car unlocked. Car hit in lot - claim not processed as it should have been. G*d knows what it will take to get it taken care of. Tomorrow is the end of the month and the last day I'll park with Central.
