I had a special promotion through the salon, made an appointment, was shuttled back and forth because of bad planning and personal personnel problems, ended up being asked to come back (next morning was my doctoral graduation ceremony), then after they started, they told me they would charge me $15 extra to blow dry my hair because it was curly! After the fact! After I complained that it was part of the promotion, the manager pointed to the door, indicating I should leave if I didn't like it. Rude, rude, rude! And it was a promotion they had agreed to, which I fully disclosed before making an appointment. Horrible treatment. I'd never go back!
