This "upscale" salon is one of the rudest, most unprofessional, and snobbish in the entire Washington, D.C. area. The first time I went to O Salon for a men's cut my stylist kept me waiting for 20 minutes. My second visit went fine. When I showed up for my third visit at O Salon the receptionists falsely claimed I had cancelled my appointment. In fact, what happened was my stylist was over-scheduled and running late and they "bumped" me from the schedule. I guess my tip of 30% to the stylist last time wasn't enough! I called O Salon to complain and spoke to the owner who gave me same bogus "cancellation" story and told me to take my business elsewhere. That's a great idea and I suggest everyone in the Washington, D.C. area does the same!

Too expensive for the minimum service provided. $95 for hair cut without any hair treatment.
