Property Mgmt Branch in Fairfax is the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. Our entire experience with them was negative. I would not recommend renting from them! Upon arriving to start work from another state, I found my new townhouse in filthy/unclean condition with much needed repairs. Every step of the way was a fight to get basic repairs and neccessities that any tenant would need. The townhome had gone for many months without being rented and the previous tenant had not even cleaned before vacating, and home repairs were left half done when we arrived. They replaced our "representative" without informing us and many of our phone calls went unreturned for months as a result. Our place was put up on the market for sale, forcing us to suddenly look for another rental and they were 100% uncompromising at the move-out date, and it took weeks later than we were told to get back our deposit. Fairfax Branch was horribly unethical and unproffessional! I would recommend searching for another company, or a private owner rental in the Reston area.
