We are using the Annapolis office and we are not having a very good experience. You are just a number in their eyes and the doctor and nurse assigned to us has not been managing the care very well. We have to ask a lot of questions and keep lot of notes because there has been a lot of miscommunication throughout the process. It's kinda like being stuck with Verizon. There are not a whole lot of service options, so you are stuck with what is available in your area. Try Rockvile if you have to use them. They are much nicer than Annapolis.

I tried four fertility centers all over the nation and would highly recommend Shady Grove, after trying for 13 years I went through 7 ivf cycles and 2 frozen cycles. At age 43 I was told by Dr. Levy that it was my last cycle and he would not do any more cycles for me, because of a combination of male infertility and my age, and I started looking for a center that would accept me at this age (using my own eggs and my husband's sperms). two days before my pregnancy test day I bought the home pregnancy test and it was negative, So I called the nurse, but she said keep taking your medications as directed. On the pregnancy test day I get a call from the nurse telling me that I was pregnant, I did not beleive her and started screaming, I will never forget that day. On 01/02/04 I delivered a healthy baby boy, without Shady Grove Doctors and staff, it would never have happened.
