After a frustrating delay at the airport. I arrived and noticed my driver already at the baggage claim row waiting for me. On the way to the hotel in DC, Al showed me landmarks I didn't even realize I had passed before as well as being courteous and patient waiting for my flight to come in. What a relief :)
