i saw paul. on the fourth visit, i was getting my hair color when an associate walked up and whispered in his ear. he hurriedly finished the root touch-up then disappeared. he gave me no heat so i sat there for over an hour. after i was shampooed i saw him blow-drying another customer. then he cut ANOTHER customer's hair. i stood there, dripping, for over an hour. he never mentioned needing to help anyone else and i would have been more understanding if he'd explained the situation. instead, i was so furious, i let him cut my hair, paid, and left. it gets worse-he'd charged me for full head highlights! my friend had a similar experience with another hairdresser who was going on vacation the next day. she did it completely absentmindedly and it resulted in a terrible cut that needed to be fixed. DON'T GO HERE!
