- Bethesda Big Train
- The Bethesda Community Base Ball Club was incorporated with the purpose of improving youth baseball and softball fields in our area. Working in partnership with The Maryland-National Capital Park & Planning Commission, our first project was to renovate the ballfield at Cabin John Regional Park for play in 1999. Profits from sales of tickets, souvenirs, and concessions in 2000 and future seasons will go to improve youth baseball and softball fields throughout the area.

- It's our goal that each youngster who plays in the Cal Ripken Baseball Division will not only learn the basics of the game, but will also experience the same level of excitement I feel every day when I put on my uniform and get ready to play. There's nothing else like it!"
