McLean Central Park Disc Golf Course
The McLean community center disc golf course sports nine holes, dirt tees and Mach 1 baskets. It is not a very``well kept course. Most of the signs for its nine holes have been vandalized, and the sign for hole 5 is``completely missing. Most of the tees are a bit worn. Fallen trees litter the course. Nonetheless, it's a great``course, if just for the woodsy setting.

PDGA Directory : Seneca Creek State Park
Seneca plays up and over and around some beautiful rolling hills. With both pro and amateur cement tees on each hole, and three different pin positions on almost every hole, flexibility is the name of the game at Seneca. The course is also extremely well manicured, with white ropes marking the out-of-bounds jail areas and all along the OB Seneca Creek on the signature hole #11. The course plays LONG and mostly in the open, but there are many disc-eating cedar trees which are a real challenge to avoid. Most holes are next to some thick woods, but it isn’t too hard to keep your disc out of them. Given the beautiful terrain and the landscaping of the course, I find Seneca to be simply one of the top courses I’ve played, and worth a road trip. On weekends and holidays, the park charges a $1 admission fee, except in the winter, when $.50 (honor system) is all that is required to get through the toll gate. Restrooms and water are available at the park office.
