MACGREGOR
While working within the confines of an easily mislead society, MacGregor provides a source of nourishment for those who hunger for realness. Musically, they hurl slick horn melodies and/or meticulously crafted lyrics on top of funked-out hip-hop/boogaloo beats. At the band's live shows, unsuspecting audience members are transformed into fans and, more importantly, these new MacGregor supporters are able to free themselves from their problems and have a straight-up good time. If you like to dance to, party to, or simply listen to really good music, then get your ass to a show and prepare yourself to be blown away.

Soul Element
Soul Element takes its listeners into the excruciatingly blissful realm of sound. This Washington, DC native band combines the influence of its home town's rock-hard, airtight Go-Go groove, with the precision timing and inexplicable space of 70's funk and disco, iced with a smooth layer of acid-jazz, and soaked in soul.Altogether, this tight-pocket-groove-monster's stage presence consists of the collective experience of eleven musical innovators with backgrounds ranging from the roots of the brimstone and fire of the gospel church to the smoke filled lounges of the underground jazz scene. The mechanism known as Soul element has proven time and time again, its ability to make any crowd cry, shout, and most important of all, let loose and dance.

West Water Street
Originally, folk music was the primary interest of this band. As time passed, the sound developed into a more funky/folk feel. At a house party, hosted by Kevin Shulte (now manager), Captain heard the funky sounds of the trio (Barte, B-Luv, P-Fritz) and brought his horn to sit in on a couple of tunes. He has been playing with the band ever since. With the addition of the Captain, an acid-fusion/funk/folk sound has developed - truly some of the most unique vibrations to occupy the same space. This is what has become known as the acid-fusion grooves of West Water Street.
