Hi, kids! My name is Dr. Bear, and I work at Children's National Medical Center. My job is to help you learn about the hospital and how to stay healthy. I know many of you have questions about going to the hospital, taking medicine, and other things.

If you're between the ages of 7 and 20, you might be interested in one of the Scouting programs. If you're a parent, you might be interested in volunteering to a Scout leader. Scouting offers a time-tested set of activities that have produced fine citizens, dedicated family members and strong community leaders for more than 90 years.

In its 75 years, over 40 scouts of Troop 33 have reached the highest level of scouting achievement, the rank of Eagle Scout. Today,Troop 33 is thriving with over 50 scouts and a host of adult leaders serving the greater Takoma Park--East Silver Spring area. AsTroop 33 celebrates its 75th year, it looks forward to scouting into the 21st century.
