Protesters Congregate Outside Inaugural Parade
By: Ron Lee

Demonstraters expressed their disagreement with President-elect George W. Bush and the outcome of the 2000 Presidential election by protesting outside the Inaugural parade on the morning and afternoon of January 20, 2001; however, their numbers still loomed small compared to the number of George W. Bush and Republican Party supporters that convened in DC that day. Mixed sentiments regarding the Presidental election were visible throughout the day, as both Bush supporters and protesters worked with equal fervor to have their support or dissent heard. But with the election's outcome and the question of the Presidency settled for at least the ensuing 4 years to come, bipartisan cooperation may be a necessary, if not completely voluntary, step towards future progress in our political and legal systems.

In the near future, we will enhance our 360-degree filming process by incorporating sound and "video" like motion. If you would like DCpages to film your special event email us at: specialevent@dcpages.com
