- Awards Ceremony - ICAF
- Book your Ticket or Country Table online. The 2003 Festival Awards Ceremony will be held from 6 to 9pm on Friday, September 12th at the new Washington, DC Convention Center. The Ceremony will begin with a procession of dancers celebrating cultural dances from around the globe, followed by remarks by dignitaries and prominent U.S. officials. Later, each national finalist will be presented the "ICAF Artists of the Fourth Millennium Award."

- ICAF Awards Ceremony
- Organized by an independent, non-profit organization devoted to promoting child art and visual learning globally, and aimed at the more than 150 child artists hailing from all 50 states and more than 60 foreign countries, the ceremony will include a banquet dinner, performances by a myriad of cultural organizations, speeches from international dignitaries, and an awards presentation to the child honorees. ICAF expects approximately 1,000 guests, including prominent national artists, educators, corporate sponsors, business and political leaders, as well as the parents and teachers of the honorees.
