- The 11th Annual Northern Virginia Fine Arts Festival will be held on May 18th & 19th, 2002 at the beautiful Reston Town Center. Fabulous artwork by over 170 of the nation's finest painters, sculptors, fine-crafters and jewelers will be on display and will be for purchase.``Musical entertainment, festival food, children's activities, artists demonstrations and more. It is the largest outdoor art exhibit in the Metro region with plenty to see, taste, hear and do. Anticipated attendance is 60,000 over the weekend. The Northern Virginia Fine Arts Festival will be open from 10 A.M. - 6:00 P.M., both days. The festival is produced by and benefits the Greater Reston Arts Center (GRACE), a non-profit arts organization.
