A determined darkness welling from the depths of their souls has driven them to craft a legion of misanthropic odes to willful vice. The Woollybacks are indeed God's gift to the liquor industry, women, and television evangelists. They have emptied more kegs, soiled more vows, and broken more laws than Jerry Falwell's puny imagination can encompass. Cousins Jimmy Swaggart and Jerry Lee Lewis are twin paragons of virtue by comparison. Satan himself has disavowed any responsibility.
