Charlene Cochran is a band leader and jazz vocalist who sings both contemporary and traditional jazz with style and romance. Charlene has recorded and performed in the Baltimore/Washington area as a solo artist since the 1980s. In addition to performing with her own quartet, she frequently sings with some of the area’s hottest big bands.
