Food Safety Conference On Friday 9937
On Friday, November 20, the Government Accountability Project (GAP) and American University Washington College of Law will sponsor a day-long conference focusing on problems with the current food safety policy structure in America, and how to improve upon it. The conference starts at 9:30.

Sugarloaf Crafts Festival in Gaithersburg 9830

The second BADC exhibit this year explores Black as more than a color. The late artist, Harlee Little envisioned a Black exhibit in Washington DC. The artists were asked to reach deep into the emotional, theoretical, spiritual, cultural, intellectual or physical aspects of blackness. The DC Art Center has afforded them the opportunity to realize that vision. The works include sculpture, bronze, painting, digital works, photography, mixed media pieces and more.
